No 17 The Harbour  is an elegant townhouse in Rodney Bay St Lucia.  The Harbour is a townhouse development in a fantastic central location within easy walking distance of Reduit Beach, two shopping Malls with duty free shopping facilities and the many restaurants, bars and nightclubs of Rodney Bay.

No 17 has three bedrooms but can be booked at a one or two bedroom rate for couples or smaller families or friends requiring less bedrooms.  The house features a spacious ground floor with open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room space opening out to an  open air patio overlooking the gardens and Rodney Bay Marina with its yachts and sailboats.

The dining room is beautifully appointed with seating for 8  and the living room is equipped with cable TV and DVD player. The room is cooled by central air-conditioning when the patio doors are closed. There the added useful laundry room and a powder room on the ground floor.

There are two air conditioned guest bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms on the first floor.   The one bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has two single beds, which can be converted to a king.  On the second floor, the master suite features a king bed and boasts a modern and spacious en-suite bathroom. There is also an air conditioned mezzanine floor in the master bedroom which can accommodate up to two children on a sofa bed.

All bedrooms are equipped with TV, DVD, Ipod dock and hairdryers.  Child safety gates are also available upon request.

The Harbour is situated in fully landscaped gardens, with a  communal swimming pool set amidst the lush tropical foliage. On site parking is available for those seeing to rent a hire car.

This a non smoking property.  External areas ONLY may be utilised for the smoking of cigarettes / cigars.  Also if any illegal substances are located or found on the property the result will be immediate eviction and charges may be levied against you.

Please note check in is at 2 pm and check out is at 12 noon.  Late check outs can be granted upon request, subject to availability at an additional cost.
