The dining room is well appointed with seating for six persons and leads to the spacious living room, which is equipped with a Smart TV. The space is cooled by either the wonderful sea breezes off the marina or the central air conditioning and ceiling fans. This ground floor opens out onto a patio overlooking the waterfront and complete with a small private plunge pool.
The kitchen is well equipped with a laundry room and there is also a small office located on the ground floor which is the ideal private workspace.
The upper floor has three air-conditioned bedrooms, all are also fitted with ceiling fans. The Master bedroom, located on the top floor has a king bed and boasts a modern and spacious en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom also has a balcony with an amazing view of the Marina. Guest bedroom 1 has two single beds and a balcony with marina views. Guest bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed. Bedroom 1 & 2 shares a bathroom.
