The villa is arranged across two wings connected by spacious travertine terraces and a large swimming pool. Built on several levels, the outdoor spaces are linked by elegant staircases, while a gazebo overlooking the beach provides the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sunset.

One wing houses a private two-bedroom cottage, each bedroom enjoying sea views and en-suite bathrooms, with one also featuring a kitchenette. Traditional mahogany doors and windows complement the bright, airy interiors, creating a relaxed Caribbean feel.

Marigot is around 10 minutes away for shopping, dining and local markets, while Princess Juliana International Airport is only 8 minutes away. Grand Case and Philipsburg can both be reached in around 30 minutes.
