Where Else at Canouan Estate is located on gently sloping land overlooking the ocean, with stunning views of the sea, the barrier reef and The Grenadines Estate Golf Course. It is a 2 bedroom duplex villa with two levels compromising of 346 square meters of covered space along with an external pool and deck. Where Else is decorated with contemporary furnishings and features a spacious living area with large stackable glass sliding doors leading to the veranda. The kitchen is very well appointed and comes with stainless steel appliances and also features a breakfast bar. Guests will experience elegant yet comfortable indoor and outdoor living and dining areas, covered terraces and a swimming pool.

External finishes are a blend of stone, adobe painted cement walls and hardwood windows and doors. Roofs are wallaba shingles which blends naturally into the environment, offering the perfect essence of tropical living.

This “Cotton House” style villa has two air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, ceiling fans, large closets and private verandas with spectacular views.

Shell Beach Bar & Grill – Open for lunch, this serene sheltered beach is open for a casual lunch with a distinctly Caribbean flare. Savor dishes such as jerk chicken and roti or fresh catch of the day along with burgers, sandwiches and salads and full bar service.

Bellini’s Bar and Bistro – Open for breakfast and a perfect spot for sunset cocktails, named after the famous champagne cocktail that was invented in Harry’s Bar in Venice, Italy – Bellini’s Bar and Bistro is Located in the heart of the resort with open-air dining overlooking the estate. Bellini’s Bar offers guests a family-friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

L’Ance Guyac Beach Club - Open for Lunch and Dinner. For a relaxed evening under a canopy of stars guests can opt for L’Ance Guyac, a chill out space tucked away on L’Ance Guyac Beach, a secluded beach surrounded by nature. Serving Mediterranean cuisine, guests can dine on fresh catch of the day and conch salad complete with a full service bar. 

In-Villa Dining - Guests can hire one of the private chefs for an intimate dinner or a more elaborate celebration event in the comfort of your villa. Customized menus can be prepared by our knowledgeable chef’s.
