Set across three floors and occupying a meticulous estate, this beautiful property captures the panoramic sea views from nearly every window. The interior is equally impressive, with a modernist open-plan living area occupying much of the main floor. The sumptuous seating area with TV lets you relax of an evening, while the modern kitchen and dining space is ideal for family meal times. In a corner of the room, surrounded by panoramic sea-view windows, the villa’s Jacuzzi can be enjoyed in comfort. Additionally, a sauna and a fitness centre can be found elsewhere within the property.

Outside, Villa Sunrise features a cutting-edge heated infinity pool, with views out to sea. Close at hand, you’ll find the outdoor covered kitchen and dining area, as well as plenty of sunbathing space. There’s also a children’s playground for younger guests to enjoy, and the beach is just 30 metres away for a cooling dip in the sea.

Accommodation

The villa features four double bedrooms, each with air-conditioning, sea views and an en-suite bathroom, two of which also boast a private terrace. An additional two guests can sleep on a sofabed in the living room if required.
