Villa Arcadia is a remarkable 200-year-old residence, occupying a magnificent terraced estate moments from the Old Town of the Dubrovnik. Spread across several levels, this lovingly-restored villa is perfect for a large-group luxury escape to Croatia’s most historic town.

Enter at the private garage and take the lift to the first level, where two modern apartments can be found, each self-contained with their respective kitchens, living rooms, and bedrooms. Upstairs, a meeting room with projector is an ideal space for professional discussions or just for some quiet time. Another level up again is the kitchen, sauna and garden terrace, along with an additional bedroom. At the top level, you’ll enter the historic main villa, where four further bedrooms can be found, as well as a dining room, kitchen, and spacious living area.

Outside, Villa Arcadia benefits from plenty of terrace space across its historic split-level design, with a swimming pool, seating, and BBQ to be enjoyed. Excellent sea views provide the perfect backdrop for a day of relaxing, or instead you can choose to get out and about and explore beautiful Dubrovnik town – mere minutes away.

The villa features seven en-suite double bedrooms, spread across multiple levels.

First Floor

On the first floor, there are two contained studios, each with a kitchen and dining space, and a double bed. One of these also features a living room and a terrace.

Second Floor

On the second floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

Third Floor

Close to the kitchen and sauna, the third floor offers a double bedroom with en-suite.

Main Villa

In the historic main villa, there are four bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom.
