Villa Mistral is a luxury Croatian villa nestled in the hills above the seaside town of Orasac, just ten kilometres from Dubrovnik. Entering the villa, you’ll discover a vast living area, complete with a double lounge, farmhouse-style kitchen, and bespoke dining table. Upstairs, each of the bedrooms is furnished to a luxurious boutique style, especially the exquisite penthouse suite which boasts its very own Jacuzzi tub.

Outside, Villa Mistral enjoys a privileged hillside setting, with beautiful sea views. The villa’s outdoor pool is the perfect place to cool down after a day sightseeing, while the sun terrace is ideal for working on your tan. You’ll also get to enjoy use of an outdoor kitchen and lounge, complete with an elegant pergola roof for all-weather use.

The villa has seven bedrooms, shared across two floors.

First Floor

On the first floor, there are five bedrooms, three of which are queen bedrooms and feature an en-suite bathroom and direct terrace access. The additional two bedrooms are smaller, one with garden views and the second with pool views.

Second Floor

On the second floor, there are two bedrooms. One is a queen bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and terrace access. The second is the villa’s remarkable penthouse suite, complete with a king-size bed, living area, and Jacuzzi bathroom.
