Overview

Casa Spalato II is a wonderful three-bedroom villa set on a hillside in Sevid, a quiet coastal village around 40 minutes from Split, surrounded by greenery with panoramic views across the sea and islands. It accommodates up to 8 guests and shares the same layout and facilities as the adjacent Casa Spalato I, which can be rented alongside it for larger groups or extended families. The two properties together make the perfect option for groups wanting to holiday in close proximity while maintaining their own space.

Casa Spalato I leans towards bold colour and warmth, Casa Spalato II takes a calmer, more natural approach, with neutral tones, rustic wooden details, and soft furnishings throughout that give it a quietly sophisticated feel. The open-plan living area is comfortable and well laid out, with a generous sofa and armchair, wall-mounted TV, and curtains that let in plenty of light. The circular dining room is a distinctive feature with glass doors all around, soft curtaining, and views of the islands give it a romantic, almost pavilion-like character. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need, incluing a Philips 5400 automatic coffee machine.

The master bedroom is the standout room, with a king bed and a beautifully designed en-suite bathroom positioned above the circular dining room, enjoying the same panoramic views. A freestanding central bathtub and a wine cooler in the room make it a genuinely indulgent space. The remaining two bedroom suites are both well appointed with soft furnishings, wallpapered walls, and immaculate en-suite bathrooms.

The outdoor space follows the same multi-level layout as Casa Spalato I. The lower level has a children's playground with swings, a slide, basketball and volleyball courts, and table tennis. The pool level has a saltwater infinity pool with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a swing. Above the pool, a terrace with a Weber grill is set up for alfresco dining. At the top, the rooftop terrace has a lounge area with a romantic double chaise longue with drapes, fitness machines, and a hot tub, making it a great spot for sundowners and watching the sunset. 

Guests also have access to two e-mountain bikes, two SUP boards, PlayStation 4, a Dione table tennis table, darts, and beach volleyball and basketball courts. As with Casa Spalato I, a free four-person electric golf vehicle is included with the rental, a fun way to reach the beach or explore the village. A mooring for boats up to 10 metres is also available.

Pebble beaches are around 750 metres away, and Split is approximately 40 minutes by car.
