Overview

Casa Spalato I is a lovely three-bedroom villa in Sevid, a small coastal village on the Dalmatian coast around 40 minutes from Split, with panoramic views across the Adriatic and the surrounding islands. It can accommodate up to 8 guests and is a colourful, well-designed property with an exceptionally well-equipped outdoor space spread across several levels, making it the perfect choice for families with younger children in particular. The adjacent Casa Spalato II is identical and can be rented alongside it, making the two properties a good combined option for larger groups or extended families wanting to holiday together.

The interior is immediately distinctive with warm, bold colours, it is anything but neutral. The open-plan living area has moss green sofas and chairs, orange curtains, and rusty orange floor tiles that run through all three zones of the living, dining, and kitchen space. The dining area has vibrant orange and black upholstered chairs and colourful lighting, and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, including a Philips automatic coffee machine. All three bedroom suites are elegantly decorated with luxurious double beds, upholstered headboards, and contemporary wallpaper, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom has a freestanding bathtub with beautiful sea views. 

The outdoor space is where you will spend most of your time and is arranged across several levels. The lower level has a children's playground with swings, slides, and a basketball and beach volleyball court, enough to keep younger guests occupied for hours. The pool level has a saltwater infinity pool with sun loungers, umbrellas, and an adult swing, with views across the sea. Above the pool, a terrace with a Weber grill is set up for outdoor dining. At the top of the property, a rooftop terrace has a fully furnished outdoor living room, a gym with several machines and free weights, and a hot tub with open views across the Adriatic. 

On the activity front, guests have access to two e-mountain bikes, two SUP boards sized to suit both adults and children, PlayStation 4, a table tennis table, darts, and beach volleyball. A mooring for boats up to 10 metres is available in front of the property. As a particularly useful addition, the villa includes a free four-person electric golf buggy for guests to use during their stay, a fun and practical way to get to the beach or explore the village.

Pebble beaches are around 750 metres away, and Split is approximately 40 minutes by car.
