Overview

Villa Apraxia is a five-bedroom private villa in Peyia, on the west coast of Cyprus near Paphos, with uninterrupted sea views across the Mediterranean to St George's Island. Sleeping up to 12 guests, it's a well-designed, architecturally distinctive property set in a quiet, secluded position just 300 metres from the sea and a short walk from the Akamas Peninsula National Park, one of the most unspoilt stretches of coastline in Cyprus. Maniki Beach is also within easy reach on foot.

The villa is L-shaped across two floors, with floor-to-ceiling glass walls throughout that make the most of the sea views. Inside, the kitchen is a particular highlight, fully equipped with high-end Gaggenau appliances and a six-metre breakfast bar, alongside a formal dining table for up to 10 guests. The living areas are spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning and central heating throughout, satellite TV, wifi, and a games console. There is also a fully equipped utility room.

The five bedrooms are spread across both floors, with numerous bathrooms and shower rooms on each level. All shutters, doors, and windows are crafted in hardwood, giving the property a consistent and considered feel throughout. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor, the master bedroom can either be one large room with one king and one queen bed along with his & hers ensuite shower rooms, or divided into two rooms. The third bedroom is a bunk room sleeping up to 4 with ensuite shower room and separate WC. On the ground floor the is an additional bunk room also sleeping four, and a TV room that doubles as a bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed and ensuite bathroom. 

Outside, relax by the infinity pool, which is one of the largest on the island, as well as an attached heated outdoor spa. Both are filled from the property's own well. The grounds are beautifully manicured, with olive, lemon, and rosemary trees and lavender bordering the pool. The outdoor entertaining space is generous, with dining for over 16 guests, a feature fireplace wall, and a well-equipped BBQ area with a large worktop and sink.
