The villa has been designed to give a rustic and warm feeling, with traditional exposed brickwork throughout most interior and exterior areas. The owners wanted to create a luxurious and elegant feel, demonstrated by the plush seating areas and extensive patios and outdoor living and dining area. Villa Ivy is located in the resort area of Gouvia, which boasts restaurants serving many different world cuisines, as well as a small bay with a shingle beach, the water here is shallow and very safe for children.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
Bedroom 1 – Master Suite: Sea view, one King size bed and one Queen size Sofa Bed, ensuite bathroom with bath. Sleeps three adults or two adults and two children.
Bedroom 2 – Master Suite: Sea view, one King or two Twin size beds and one Twin size bed – futon, ensuite bathroom with shower. Sleeps three adults.
Bedroom 3 – Garden view, one King or two Twin size beds, ensuite bathroom with shower. Sleeps two adults.
Bedroom 4 – Garden view, two Twin size beds, ensuite bathroom with shower. Sleeps two adults.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen a range of appliances including an Espresso machine and ice maker. Drinks can be pre-stocked at a supplement.
