Villa Karmen is a stunning four bedroom villa in one of the most exclusive private gated estates on the North East coast of Corfu. With spectacular views of the Ionian sea and a short walk to Krouzeri Beach below, this is the perfect place to spend quality time with family or friends.

All four bedrooms in Villa Karmen offer spectacular views of the Ionian sea and out to the mountains of Albania beyond. The master bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom, as well as a large veranda with a Bali Bed (outdoor day bed). The property has two en-suite bathrooms, one family bathroom and a guest WC.

A fully equipped kitchen has been hand crafted with French doors out to the pool and the huge living room includes two separate living areas. The immaculate gardens and multiple terraces with amazing views provide options for outside dining or relaxation.

The pool area is somewhere you will not want to leave. With plenty of sun loungers, a bar area and a stone and marble jacuzzi, it is completely enclosed to three sides for total privacy.

For the more active members of your group there is a tennis court, table tennis table and gym, all with the most incredible views of the sea below.

Nisakki is easily reached and boasts 3km of stunning coastline with numerous bays and small mountain hamlets. The harbour area is home to many traditional tavernas where you can while away the hours. The immaculate pebble beach is ideal for snorkelling in the crystal clear waters.
