Overview

Villa Kerkyra is a beautifully renovated three-bedroom villa on Corfu’s sought-after north-east coast, between Glyfa and Nissaki. With a relaxed Hampton-style interior, contemporary comforts and panoramic sea views, it offers a welcoming base for families or friends looking to enjoy the island’s coastline. The villa is within walking distance of a small beach and the waterfront Taverna Glyfa, while Nissaki harbour and its traditional tavernas are also close by.

The interiors are light and airy, with understated furnishings and large French windows that make the most of the sea views. The comfortable living room provides space to relax, with an electric piano adding a distinctive touch, while the modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home.

There are three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The ground-floor twin bedroom opens directly onto the pool and patio areas, while the two double bedrooms upstairs have French windows leading onto a balcony overlooking the surroundings.

Outside, the south-facing infinity pool is 10m x 4m and enjoys views along the coastline towards Corfu Town. The surrounding terraces provide plenty of space for sunbathing, with comfortable loungers and parasols, while an upstairs veranda offers another spot to sit and take in the views. There are also outdoor dining areas and a brick-built barbecue for relaxed meals in the open air. Pool heating is available for an additional charge.

Villa Kerkyra is well placed for exploring Corfu’s north-east coast, with Nissaki’s pebble beaches, clear waters and traditional harbour just a short distance away. Local mini-markets, restaurants and boat hire are available nearby, making it easy to enjoy the area at a relaxed pace.
