Villa Nova has the benefit of being at the forefront of modern villa design and technology as well as enjoying an unbeatable location in the highly desirable Kassiopi area.

Thanks to its privileged setting atop a hill overlooking the Ionian Sea, Villa Nova has some of the most jaw-droppingly scenic and unobstructed views to be found on this incredible island, with the dual benefit of being able to watch the sun both rise and set from the spacious terrace.

Sleeping up to twelve guests, this is the ideal family holiday retreat for those who like modern touches to their accommodation, as it is the first Corfu house to be installed with a Control 4 system which allows guests to control important settings such as temperature, lighting, alarms and shutters from five tablets located at different points around the villa.

There are six double bedrooms all with en-suite facilities and a home theatre for entertaining on the lower level. A gym is also located there for those who like to stay active on holiday.  The open-plan lounge features designer low-level sofa seating, wood beams and an adjacent dining room for up to ten guests, where your own chef can prepare tantalising meals.

The design of the pool is, as you would expect from such a new build, highly contemporary, with a sea-facing infinity edge and al fresco shower, with modern loungers. A shaded lounge and dining area are perfect for use with the barbecue as the sun is going down.

Ground Level

Three double en-suite bedrooms. Open-plan living room with dining area and fully-equipped kitchen. Guest restroom.

Upper Level

Master en-suite bedroom with private terrace.

Lower Level 

Two double en-suite bedrooms (one shower, one bathtub).  Home theatre room with DVD player and PlayStation 3. Gym area with guest restroom and separate shower room.  Laundry room.  Storage room.

Infinity-edge swimming pool with loungers and al fresco shower.  Shaded outdoor lounge and dining area.  BBQ area.

The villa is equipped with underfloor heating and tablet-controlled heating and lighting management.  There is a fireplace and full air-conditioning as well as Wi-Fi access throughout.  The services of a chef are included, who can prepare breakfast and one meal (lunch or dinner) six times per week.  The villa is also cleaned daily with a twice weekly linen change.

Soukia beach is located just 250 metres from the property, and Kassiopi is just 350 metres, so there are restaurant and bar options within easy reach.  Corfu town, the international airport and port are all just 35 kilometres from Villa Nova.
