Villa Panaderia started life as a bakery, servicing the little hamlet of Katavolos for many years. Now converted into a stunning home, you and your family can enjoy this quaint villa for your next holiday in Corfu.

Set up in the hills and olive groves overlooking the popular area of Nissaki, Villa Panaderia boasts four bedrooms plus an additional guest cottage that can accommodate two more guests. Combining old and new design, flagged floors, think walls and low ceilings in the original part of the building are mixed with a bright and airy additional section added later.

The ground floor boasts a large, newly fitted farmhouse kitchen, perfect for those who want to cook up a storm. The tastefully designed open plan living and dining room has wall to wall concertina glass doors opening out onto the large outdoor living area with stunning views. This outdoor veranda is covered and perfect for escaping the heat of the day or enjoying lavish al fresco dinners under the stars.

Heading up to the first floor you will find the Master suite with its spectacular views and en-suite bathroom. The other three bedrooms share a new, state of the art shower room. For those needing a little extra space, the detached guest cottage can also be utilised (for an additional cost) which comes with an en-suite shower room.

Spend your days relaxing by the pool area on the lower ground floor. Ample sun loungers under the large pergola as well as a spectacular view out over the valley and the ocean below mean that you will not want to leave the waters edge for very long. A table tennis table is also available for 'friendly' tournaments! Don't forget to test out the BBQ and pizza oven in the courtyard for relaxed lunches or dinners.

The popular area of Nissaki is just a short drive away. Spread along 3km of coastline encompassing bays and small mountain hamlets, the focal point of the area is the harbour. Here you will find a selection of traditional tavernas as well as a beautiful pebble beach with crystal clear water, perfect for snorkelling.
