Overview

Casa Eirini is a large and stylish beachfront property on the south coast of Crete, near the village of Arvi. With 12 bedrooms spread across 600 square metres, it accommodates up to 28 guests and is one of the more unusual options available on the island, sitting directly on a large sandy beach with its own beach bar, beach kiosk, and BBQ area right on the shoreline. It's a property that works particularly well for large groups, extended families, or multi-family holidays where space and privacy are the priority.

The accommodation is spread across three separate units, which gives the property a good degree of flexibility. The main villa has bedrooms on four levels, ranging from sea-view rooms with private entrances on the top floor to garden-level rooms on the lower ground floor. There is also a detached guest house with its own terrace and sea views, and a standalone beach house which has a self-contained double room with its own entrance, terrace, and sea view, ideal for a couple wanting a bit more privacy within the group.

In total, ten of the twelve bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and all rooms have air conditioning and televisions. The main villa has a comfortable living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and direct access to the pool terrace. Outdoor space is one of the property's real highlights, there are four pergola-covered terraces, multiple dining and lounge areas, two BBQ areas, an infinity pool (heatable on request), sunbeds, and canoes and paddle boards available for guests who want to keep fit or explore nearby beaches.
