Overview

Villa Zefiri is a newly built five-bedroom villa completed in 2024, set in the Kissamos area of western Crete with sea views and an infinity pool. It accommodates up to 10 guests across 280 square metres and is part of a small villa complex. It's a well-positioned property for those wanting to explore the western end of the island, with Falasarna Beach and the famous Balos lagoon both within easy reach.

The layout is spread across three levels. On the pool level there is an open-plan living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, terrace access, and sea views — this room is also wheelchair accessible with a specially adapted bathroom. The upper level has four further double bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms, balconies, and sea views. Twin beds in most rooms can be converted to a king size on request. On the lower level there is a shared TV and gym area, with a seating area, table football, a multi-purpose exercise machine, and a cycling machine.

Outside, the infinity pool can be heated on request for an additional charge, and the terrace includes in-pool daybeds, sunbeds, a pergola-covered lounge area, shaded dining, and a BBQ — a well set up space for relaxed days outdoors.
