Overview

Villa Asteria is a beautiful six-bedroom seafront villa in Ammoudara, just outside Agios Nikolaos on the northeastern coast of Crete, with direct access to the sea and sunrise views across the water. Across 480 square metres on three levels, it accommodates up to 12 guests and sits just 200 metres from the sandy beach of Ammoudara. It's a well-equipped property in a fantastic location and one of the more generously sized options in this part of the island.

The layout is ideal for larger families or groups of friends travelling together. On the pool level there is an open-plan living room with sea and pool views, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and guest WC, plus three double bedrooms — one with a bathtub, double vanity, and terrace access, one with a balcony and sea view, and one with a bathtub, balcony, and sea view, all with en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning. The upper level has one further double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, double vanity, balcony, and sea views. On the lower level there is a TV and games room with a billiard table and lounge area, plus two further bedrooms — one double with a desk and skylight, and one twin room with joinable beds that can convert to a king, also with a skylight. Both lower-level bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms and air conditioning.

Outside, the large private infinity pool can be heated on request for an additional charge. The terrace has a pool bar with a wine cooler, ice maker, fridge, and freezer, alongside comfortable sunbeds, a pergola-covered lounge, shaded dining, and a BBQ area. A path leads directly to the sea shore with a ladder for rocky diving, and Ammoudara sandy beach is 200 metres away.
