Villa Koilada is a newly built luxurious six bedroom villa perfect for large families or groups. Located in the village of Alikianos, the popular beach resort Agia Marina and the city of Chania are only a short drive away.

Natural materials harmonise with contemporary design giving a serene ambiance that exudes both luxury and comfort. Each space within this exceptional villa is meticulously crafted to embrace the surrounding natural environment. On the ground level, a tastefully furnished living room beckons with a satellite TV and large windows that give an illusion of transparency. Next to this, a generously proportioned dining room accommodates up to eight guests and a fully equipped equipped kitchen, complete with an additional dining table and a bar with stools.

Villa Koilada boasts a total of six bedrooms, each with luxurious king sized beds and their own smart TVs. The three bedrooms on the ground level either have balconies or direct access to the pool, and share a communal bathroom with bathtub. On the lower level, all three bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with showers.
