Overview

Villa Naxia is a newly built five-bedroom villa completed in 2024, set in the Kissamos area of western Crete with sea views and an infinity pool. Across 280 square metres on two levels, it accommodates up to 10 guests and is part of a small villa complex that includes a shared gym area. The location is well suited to those wanting to explore the western end of the island, Viglia Beach is 2.3km away, Falasarna is 9.5km, and the famous Balos lagoon is within easy reach.

The pool level has an open-plan living room with a fireplace and direct access to the pool and terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and two double bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms, air conditioning, and terrace access with sea views. The upper level has three further double bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms, balconies, sea views, and air conditioning — the twin beds in these rooms can all be converted to king size on request.

Outside, the private infinity pool can be heated on request for an additional charge, and the terrace has in-pool daybeds, sunbeds, a pergola-covered lounge area, shaded dining, and a BBQ.
