Across 200 square metres on two levels, it accommodates up to 8 guests and has a clean, modern design with sea views from the main living areas. The location is fantastic, just 6.5km from Chania town, 1.7km from Agios Onoufrios beach, and only 7km from Chania airport, and is part of a two-villa complex, which could suit two smaller groups travelling together.

The pool level has an open-plan living and dining room with terrace and pool access and sea views, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, and three double bedrooms — two with en-suite shower rooms and terrace access, and one with a side view and a separate shower room nearby. The master bedroom is on the upper level with its own en-suite shower room, a balcony, mountain views, and a working desk with a TV monitor, ideal for anyone needing to do a bit of work while on holiday.

Outside, the private infinity pool is a generous 120 sqm, which is significantly larger than the usual pool for a 4 bedroom villa, and the terrace has sunbeds, a built-in poolside lounge, a shaded dining area, and a BBQ area with an outdoor fridge. The property also has a Sonos sound system throughout, which is a nice addition.
