Overview

Villa Rachi is a newly built ten-bedroom villa completed in 2024, set in the Plaka area of Elounda on Crete's northeastern coast, just 230 metres from Plaka Beach. Across 520 square metres on three levels connected by an elevator, it accommodates up to 20 guests and looks out over the Gulf of Mirabello and the island of Spinalonga. It's one of the larger private villa options in this part of Crete and is well suited to big groups or multi-family holidays looking for a high standard of facilities in a genuinely impressive location.

The layout is spread across three levels. On the pool level there is an open-plan living room with terrace and pool access, a fully equipped kitchen with wine fridge, dining area, a cinema room, an office, a guest WC, and one double bedroom with sea views and an en-suite shower room. The upper level has four double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, balconies, and sea views — one also has a bathtub. The lower ground level has five further bedrooms — three doubles with en-suite shower rooms, terrace or garden access, and sea views, plus two auxiliary doubles with en-suite shower rooms and skylights, where twin beds can be converted to king size on request.

The lower ground level also has a notable range of wellness facilities, including two indoor jacuzzi areas with sea views, a hammam and infrared sauna room, a massage room, and a gym, a fantastically comprehensive set-up for a private villa. There is also table tennis and table football on this level.
Outside, the infinity pool can be heated on request for an additional charge. The terrace has sun loungers, a seating and lounge area, shaded dining, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, and a portable BBQ.
