Overview

Villa Skinos is a six-bedroom beachfront villa in Ammoudara, just outside Agios Nikolaos on the northeastern coast of Crete, with a footpath leading directly onto the sandy beach. Across 440 square metres on three levels, it accommodates up to 12 guests and offers sea views from most rooms. It's a well equipped property with a fantastic location, close enough to Agios Nikolaos for restaurants and amenities, while still feeling private and away from it all.

The layout works perfectly for groups of different sizes. On the pool level there is an open-plan living room with terrace and pool access, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, a guest WC, and one double bedroom with sea views, terrace access, and an en-suite shower room. There is also an independently accessed guest house on this level with its own private entrance, en-suite shower room, and sea views — a great option for guests wanting a bit more privacy. On the upper level there are two further double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, balconies, and sea views — one with a shower, one with a bathtub. The lower level has a TV and games room with a B&O television system, lounge, and table football, one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and skylight, and a second guest house with its own private entrance, twin beds that can convert to a king, en-suite shower room, and skylight, typically used as a staff or children's room.

Outside, the private infinity pool can be heated on request for an additional charge. The terrace has sun loungers, a pergola-covered lounge area, shaded dining, and a BBQ, with the path to Ammoudara beach just steps away.
