Overview

Villa Solstice is part of a newly built complex, sitting above its sister villa, Villa Lacura. The luxury villa boasts views out over the Cretan Sea and is only a short walk from the beach as well as local shops, cafes and restaurants. The town of Chania is only a 20 minute drive away.

Entering the villa on the first floor guests will find a large, open plan living and dining area opening out onto the pool deck, with a spectacular view of the ocean beyond. A fully equipped kitchen is perfect for rustling up delicious meals for the whole family.

Two bedrooms are located on the first floor, each with double beds, ensuite bathrooms and access to the pool area. The second two bedrooms can be found on the second floor. One has a double bed and one has twin beds, each have an ensuite bathroom and balconies. One also has the addition of a terrace with sun loungers and an umbrella. All enjoy spectacular sea views.

Spend your days at Villa Solstice exploring the local area or simply relaxing by your private pool and enjoying al-fresco meals cooked on the bbq.

Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated free of charge from April until the end of May and from the 15th of September until the end of October, upon request by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26-27°C, depending on weather conditions. From the 1st of June until the 14th of September, the pools can be heated at an extra cost of 50€ per day per villa and 70€ per day for both villas for reservations of the entire complex. We request three days' advance notice for this facility. (Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during July and August due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)
