Villa Azure is a magnificent 18 bedroom estate located within close proximity to the beach.This splendid villa is built on top of the sea in walking distance 1-3 minutes, from the seaside and the most beautiful beaches of Kalo Livadi Mykonos. Four double bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms and sea views, are located on the entrance level. A further guest bedroom with ensuite bedroom is also located on this level along with a living and dining room with balcony doors that lead onto a terrace. There is a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the outside dining area that can seat 36 guests.

Four double bedrooms and guest bedroom, each with ensuite bathroom and ocean views, are located on the first floor. Three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are located in the basement along with a playroom, massage room, Hamman, cold room and laundry room with washing machine / dryer and ironing board.

5 further bedrooms are located on the lower level with individual entrance, balcony doors, ensuite bathrooms and kitchenette.

Days can be spent relaxing around the  large infinity pool from which you can enjoy unobstructed ocean views. Other outdoor amenities include a charcoal BBQ, fully equipped outdoor kitchen, wood oven and a shaded pergola with built-in dining table that can seat 36 guests. For the cooler evenings, there is even an external dire place. Why not enjoy a refreshing cocktail from the shaded bar area which has a professional Dishwasher, freeze, ice machine Sea/pool views and sound system. There is also an outdoor Jacuzzi that can seat 6 people. For health enthusiasts, there is a fully equipped gym with treadmills, bike and weights.

If you do want to go out and explore the surrounding areas, then you are only a short walk to the beach and a 15 minute drive to Mykonos Town.
