Overview

Villa Elia is a magnificent six bedroom villa located in a 4000sqm plot on the beautiful beachfront of Ftelia. The villa is only 2 minutes away for the famous beach of Ftelia and only 10 minutes from Mykonos town centre by car. Villa Elia offers the privacy of a villa yet you are only a short distance to famous beachfront restaurants and the unique nightlife of Mykonos.

Boasting magnificent ocean views, Villa Elia consists of the main house and 2 guest houses and can comfortably accommodate 12 guests. All rooms have direct access to the swimming pool area. The outdoor areas include a private pool with sun beds, pergola covered dining area, bar, living area & a private helipad etc.

Villa Elia consists of 3 “units” (the main villa and 2 guest houses). The bedrooms are equipped with A/C.

Guest House One has three levels. a kitchen equipped with modern appliances and leads directly out to a dining area and sitting area furnished with sun loungers. A sitting area is located on the mezzanine floor and there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathrooms located in the attic and has ocean views. There is a second guest house with the same layout as guest house one.

In the main house, a guest bedroom with 2 single beds and ensuite bathroom is located to the right. Guests here can also enjoy direct access to the pool area. On the left of the main house is another bedroom with 2 single beds. A dining area, kitchenette and living room is located on the Mezzanine level where there is direct access to a veranda. A double bedroom with ensuite bathroom is located in the attic. All bedrooms are air conditioned.

The outdoor area of Villa Elia is established in 2 levels: pool and modern pergola level.

At the pool, there are several sun beds while at the pergola level there is a big monastery table for 12 persons & living area.
