Overview

Villa Roka is a fully renovated four-bedroom villa in Agios Lazaros, on the southwest side of Mykonos. Completed in 2022 with a clean, minimal design, it accommodates up to 8 guests across 350 square metres and is well positioned for those who want to be close to Psarou Beach and the Nammos beach club, while still having easy access to Mykonos town.

The layout is spread across three levels. The ground floor has an entrance hall, a living room with a fireplace and sea views, a fully equipped kitchen with access to a shaded outdoor dining area, and a guest WC. On the upper level there is one double bedroom with a king bed, en-suite shower room, balcony, and sea views. The remaining three bedrooms are on the pool level, all with king beds, en-suite shower rooms, air conditioning, TVs, sea views, and direct access to the pool terrace. There is also a separate staff room with its own en-suite and private entrance.

Outside, the private infinity pool can be heated on request for an additional charge. The terrace has sun loungers, a pergola-covered seating and lounge area, a BBQ, shaded dining, and a pool bathroom with shower, making it the perfect spot to spend long lazy days under the clear blue sky.
