Newly built in 2022, Villa Serenity Psarou Estate is the epitome of ultra-luxury and elegance. Nestled on a sloping hillside, the villa overlooks one of Mykonos' most famous beaches, Psarou. Guests can easily stroll to the cosmopolitan beach area as well as the lively Nammos Village where you will find shops, bars and restaurants open well into the night.

Entering the villa on the 'wellness floor', guests will be struck by the panoramic views from the state of the art gym and massage room. The rest of the villa is split over two floors with luxurious interiors flowing seamlessly to expansive outdoor areas. The first pool level boasts a large indoor living and dining room, a fully equipped guest kitchen, and of course the first of the infinity pools. The large outdoor area has many spots for relaxing on comfortable lounge furniture, as well as a shady spot for alfresco meals and a cool pool bar & bbq area. Two double bedrooms are also located on this floor and have direct access to the pool terrace.

The lower second pool floor also boasts comfortable sun loungers and plenty of space to relax around the second, larger infinity pool. Of an evening guests can also enjoy the outdoor home cinema system with state of the art sound system. An additional six bedrooms are located on this floor including the spectacular master bedroom, four double rooms and a kids bedroom complete with two sets of bunk beds. All bedrooms in Villa Serenity Psarou Estate have stylish en-suite bathrooms.

The professional kitchen is located on the lower level where your personal chef will create memorable meals from delicious local produce. The live in staff quarters are also located here.

Finally, if you thought this property could not get any better, it can! The villa comes with its own organic vegetable garden as well as a mini-farm where some very cute chickens will lay fresh eggs for your breakfast each morning.
