Set high above the picturesque village of Positano on the Amalfi Coast, Villa Belvedere is an elegant private palazzo with beautiful sea views, romantic terraces and traditional Italian character. The interiors combine rich fabrics, crystal chandeliers, gilt-framed artwork and finely detailed ceilings with comfortable furnishings, creating a sophisticated setting for a special stay on the coast. Outside, citrus groves and mature trees surround the property, while its elevated position offers panoramic views across Positano and the deep-blue Mediterranean. Villa Belvedere accommodates up to nine guests across five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The accommodation is arranged over two floors, with two king bedrooms on the first floor, both featuring en-suite shower rooms and balconies or terraces overlooking the gardens and sea. On the second floor, at garden level, there is a twin bedroom with sea views and an en-suite shower room, a queen bedroom overlooking Positano and the gardens, also with an en-suite shower room, and a single bedroom with its own private shower room. All bedrooms are air conditioned and include a minibar and safe, while selected rooms also have Smart TVs. The main living area features a comfortable sitting room with a fireplace, adjoining a formal dining room with double doors opening onto a panoramic terrace. The professional kitchen is equipped for preparing meals and includes a large stone fireplace and two pizza ovens.

One of the villa’s standout features is its extensive private spa, located on the lower floor. Facilities include a Turkish steam bath, sauna, hot-and-cold shower treatments, a Jacuzzi with oxygen therapy and a massage room. There is also a beautiful indoor swimming pool with a swimming current, waterfall and massage jets, offering a place to relax whatever the weather. Outside, a spacious terrace provides an inviting setting for dining in the open air, while the garden-level loggia is surrounded by orange, lemon and mandarin trees. Traditional Vesuvian stone paving, mature citrus trees, figs and pomegranates give the gardens a distinctly Mediterranean character, with a gazebo providing another peaceful spot to unwind. Dedicated staff are included, with daily housekeeping, a butler and concierge service, and a continental breakfast served buffet-style. Wi-Fi, central air conditioning and heating, a sound system and porter assistance at scheduled arrival and departure times are also provided.

Villa Belvedere is ideally positioned for exploring Positano and the wider Amalfi Coast. The village centre can be reached in approximately eight minutes on foot from the public lift exit, while the beach and waterfront restaurants are around 15 minutes away. Positano’s steep streets are lined with boutiques, cafés and restaurants, and its beach is a popular starting point for boat trips along the coastline. Nearby Praiano and Amalfi offer further opportunities to explore the region, while Ravello is known for its historic villas and spectacular viewpoints. Guests can also take a boat trip to Capri or Ischia, or visit the archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum.
