The upper floor centres around a stylish open-plan living area, where contemporary furnishings, striking artwork and carefully chosen decorative details create an elegant yet comfortable atmosphere. Deep sapphire velvet sofas add colour to the sitting area, while polished marble floors, designer lighting and a sculptural black marble fireplace give the interiors a distinctive finish. A baby grand piano provides an additional focal point, while the dining area offers a welcoming setting for spending time together.

The living space flows into a sleek, fully equipped kitchen, complete with a black marble island and professional-grade appliances. Its open-plan layout makes it easy to cook and socialise at the same time, whether preparing a leisurely breakfast or gathering for dinner after a day exploring the coast.
