This recently renovated four-bedroom villa combines contemporary Mediterranean interiors with private outdoor spaces and direct access to the beach, making it the perfect choice for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy the Italian coast. With the town centre less than half a mile away, guests can easily reach local restaurants, cafés and shops while enjoying the relaxed atmosphere of this popular seaside destination.

Arranged over two floors, the villa has been designed to make the most of its coastal setting. The bright, open-plan living area brings together the lounge, dining space and kitchen, creating a comfortable environment for spending time together. The interiors combine crisp white and soft blue tones with warm wooden finishes, reflecting the colours of the surrounding sea and sand. Large windows draw the views into the living space, while the contemporary furnishings and carefully considered design give the villa a fresh, understated style. The dining area is well suited to relaxed meals with family and friends, and the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare everything from a simple breakfast to a leisurely dinner.

The villa accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The bedrooms are individually arranged, with a combination of queen and twin beds offering flexibility for different groups. The master bedroom enjoys sea views, while another bedroom features a Jacuzzi bath. Air conditioning throughout helps keep the interiors comfortable during the warmer months, and the overall layout provides a welcoming balance of shared living areas and private spaces to retreat to at the end of the day.

Outside, a manicured garden and a series of furnished terraces provide several places to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate. A spacious outdoor Jacuzzi adds another inviting place to relax, while outdoor showers are useful after time spent by the sea.

One of Villa Orlena's most appealing features is its direct private access to the beach. A small sandy beach area is located just below the villa, offering the opportunity to spend time beside the water and enjoy the coast at a leisurely pace. Maiori is known for having one of the longer stretches of beach on the Amalfi Coast, along with a lively seafront promenade lined with cafés, restaurants and shops. Its welcoming atmosphere makes it a convenient base for enjoying seaside days while discovering the wider region.

The villa is also well placed for exploring the Amalfi Coast's celebrated towns and villages. From Maiori, you can follow the scenic coastal road to Amalfi, with its historic cathedral and attractive piazza, or continue to Positano and Praiano to discover their winding streets, boutiques and panoramic viewpoints. The hilltop town of Ravello is another worthwhile visit, known for its elegant gardens and far-reaching views across the coastline. Ferries from the area provide an enjoyable alternative to driving, with connections to other coastal towns and opportunities to visit Capri. Further afield, the historic sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum offer a fascinating glimpse into the region's past.

Please note that access from the main road involves approximately 220 steps down to the villa, with a further 40 steps leading to the nearby beach. This should be taken into consideration by guests with mobility difficulties.
