Inside, the villa combines traditional Italian character with contemporary comforts. Two separate lounges provide space to relax together or enjoy a quieter moment, with large-screen television and decorative fireplaces adding to the comfortable setting. Villa Calina accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. Three bedrooms feature queen-size beds and private terraces, with views across either the swimming pool or the sea. The fourth bedroom is a spacious suite with a queen-size bed, a separate sitting area with a sofa bed suitable for two children, and an en-suite bathroom with both a shower and Jacuzzi bath. The arrangement offers flexibility for families travelling with children, while giving everyone a comfortable space to unwind.

Outside, the villa's gardens are filled with citrus trees and flowering plants, creating a colourful Mediterranean setting. Several furnished seating areas offer space to relax in the sunshine or find shade during the warmer hours, while the private swimming pool, measuring approximately 9 by 4 metres, is surrounded by neatly maintained greenery that provides a sense of privacy. A covered veranda is ideal for alfresco dining, and the traditional wood-fired pizza oven offers the opportunity to enjoy a memorable evening of homemade pizza with family and friends.

Villa Calina is ideally located for discovering the Sorrento Peninsula and the wider Amalfi Coast. The nearest beach is approximately one kilometre away, with several beach clubs a short drive from the property. Sorrento, with its lively piazzas, independent shops, restaurants and attractive historic streets, is around a 20-minute drive away, while the colourful coastal town of Positano can be reached in approximately 45 minutes. The historic sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum, Mount Vesuvius and the city of Naples also make rewarding day trips, while boat excursions provide the opportunity to explore the coastline and visit the beautiful island of Capri.
