Overview

Set on the western shore of Lake Como, Villa Lucrezia is a contemporary lakeside retreat with panoramic views across the water to Isola Comacina and the surrounding mountains. The villa accommodates up to seven guests across four bedrooms and four bathrooms, arranged over two levels. The interiors combine clean lines, natural materials and contemporary furnishings, with the main living area opening onto a wraparound balcony overlooking the lake. An open-plan layout brings together the sitting room, dining area and modern kitchen, where a polished stainless-steel island provides a central gathering point. On the lower floor, a separate TV lounge with a stylish bar area offers an additional space to relax, with direct access to the pool terrace. All four bedrooms have air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms, including a master bedroom with a study area and private lake-view balcony.

Outside, the villa’s terraces provide plenty of space to enjoy the views and make the most of the lakeside setting. A private heated swimming pool measuring eight metres by three metres is set on the lower terrace, alongside comfortable lounge areas for relaxing in the sunshine. The outdoor dining area is ideal for meals in the open air, while the wraparound balcony on the main floor offers another vantage point from which to enjoy the scenery. With lake views from both the interiors and outdoor spaces, the villa provides an inviting setting throughout the day.

Villa Lucrezia is around two kilometres from the nearest town and the village of Sala Comacina, where a ferry service connects with other destinations around the lake. The nearby lakeside towns offer waterfront restaurants, cafés, boutiques and attractive historic streets, while boat trips provide a wonderful way to explore the shoreline and visit some of Lake Como’s famous villas and gardens. Como is approximately 40 minutes away by car, and Tremezzo is around 12 minutes away.
