Overview

Masseria del Sole is a beautifully restored three-bedroom villa set among the olive groves of Puglia, surrounded by 12 acres of private land and within easy reach of the coast. Peaceful and private without feeling remote, the villa is just a short drive from the beach and local town, with a coastal golf course also nearby.

The bright interiors feature French doors and picture windows, with an open-plan kitchen and dining area leading through to a comfortable living room. The kitchen has bespoke blond-wood cabinetry and a marble island, while the dining area seats up to eight guests and opens onto the furnished patio.

There are three air-conditioned bedrooms, two on the ground floor with direct access to the garden and en-suite shower rooms, and a third upstairs with its own bathroom and access to large terraces.

Outside, the landscaped grounds centre around a 10-metre heated swimming pool (heating additional cost) with a wet bar, surrounded by a furnished sun deck and shaded terrace. There is also an outdoor gym, covered dining and living area, pizza oven and plenty of space to relax among the gardens. Guests have complimentary use of bicycles and seasonal access to a nearby private beach club.

Masseria del Sole is around seven minutes from the beach at Savelletri and eight minutes from the nearest serviced town, with the historic towns of Ostuni, Alberobello and Monopoli within easy reach.
