The coast is only a 5 minute drive away and many historic villages such as Cisternino, Locorotondo and Alberobello are within easy reach, as are the ports of Polignano to Mare and Monopoli.

The home itself is constructed entirely from natural materials and boasts large windows that provide an abundance of natural light and open out onto the pool terrace. The beautiful fully equipped kitchen features a unique combination of locally-sourced marble and rich dark wood, adding a touch of elegance and sophistication to the home. The geometric structure of the villa is softened by luxurious flower beds, scattered shrubs, and gently twisting olive trees that complement the surrounding natural environment. The focal point of the outdoor area is the sophisticated, dark-coloured infinity pool, which adds an air of refinement to the property.

The villa has three double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and an outdoor courtyard complete with showers. An additional bathroom is also available. The suites are simply but elegantly furnished, providing stunning views of the garden and olive grove, along with a glimpse of the sea beyond.
