Casa della Luna is a stylish three-bedroom villa in Costa Caddu, near San Teodoro on Sardinia’s northeastern coast. Designed by one of the island’s renowned architects, the villa combines distinctive contemporary design with a peaceful setting surrounded by ancient olive trees and natural rock formations. The beach at Isuledda is just a short walk away, with its white sand and clear turquoise waters.

The interiors have a relaxed Mediterranean feel, with curved lines, natural light and views towards the surrounding landscape. The main floor features a coastal-inspired living room with built-in curved seating and distinctive diamond-shaped windows, alongside a compact kitchen and guest bathroom. On the lower floor, a separate TV room with a corner sofa, wood-burning fireplace and octagonal window provides a cosy space to unwind.

There are three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with direct access to the garden and its own en-suite bathroom. One bedroom is on the main floor, while two are on the lower floor, making the layout well suited to families or groups travelling together.

The outdoor spaces make the most of the villa’s elevated position, with a panoramic terrace overlooking the sea and featuring a heated infinity pool and Jacuzzi. There is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with barbecue, along with two alfresco dining areas for relaxed meals in the open air. A rooftop veranda offers another spot to enjoy the views, while the surrounding garden provides plenty of space to relax among the olive trees.

Casa della Luna is just five minutes from the centre of San Teodoro and around 20 minutes from Olbia airport and port. The glamorous resort of Porto Cervo is less than an hour away, while the nearby protected marine area of Tavolara-Punta Coda Cavallo offers opportunities to explore Sardinia’s coastline.
