Casa Maestrale is a beautiful six-bedroom villa set in Capo Coda Cavallo on the northeastern coast of Sardinia, within walking distance of the beach and around seven minutes from the town of San Teodoro. It can accommodate up to 13 guests across two levels and sits in a protected marine area with views out to the islands of Tavolara and Molara. It's a well-equipped property in a quieter, more natural part of Sardinia than the Costa Smeralda, but still within easy reach of Olbia airport which is around 25 minutes away.
The layout is ideal for larger groups. The upper level has a king bedroom and a queen bedroom, both with private shower rooms, along with the main living area which is a bright, comfortable space with a fireplace, large TV, and a breakfast table, opening onto a covered patio with sea views through two wide sliding glass doors. The lower level has four further bedrooms which consist of three kings, each with en-suite bathrooms, and a triple room with a private shower room, along with a second living and dining area with its own kitchen and direct outdoor access. This lower-level layout gives guests staying on that floor a comfortable, self-contained space of their own. All bedrooms have air conditioning and hairdryers.
Outside, the heated bean-shaped pool is the centrepiece of the outdoor space, alongside a hot tub for up to five guests, an outdoor shower, a fully equipped outdoor gym, and a covered patio set up for alfresco dining. A panoramic rooftop terrace rounds out the outdoor areas and makes the most of the sea views. The gardens are well maintained with manicured lawns and landscaping throughout. Parking for up to three cars is available on site.
The beach is within walking distance, Cala Brandinchi, one of the best beaches in this part of Sardinia, is under a kilometre away, San Teodoro is seven minutes by car, and Olbia airport is around 25 minutes.
