Overview

Casa Pevero is a wonderful thirteen-bedroom villa set close to the sea in Villasimius, on the southeastern coast of Sardinia overlooking the Gulf of Cagliari. Across four levels with two pools, it accommodates up to 25 guests and is particularly well suited to large multigenerational groups, with the layout designed to give different parts of the group their own space while still feeling connected.

The villa is split into five independent units spread across the four levels, each unit can be fully self contained but also connects as a whole, allowing guests to enjoy shared moments while also having  their own private spaces as they wish.

Decorated in harmonious tones of blues, soft grays, and natural neutrals, these colours set the tone throughout the property. These hues, paired with tactile textures and warm natural wood, create a serene, balanced atmosphere that reflects the essence of contemporary Mediterranean living. Every unit includes its own dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, some more spacious, others more intimate, ensuring self sufficiency across each level.

The villa can also be booked in smaller configurations at a reduced rate, either as a seven-bedroom version (Units A, M, and B) or a six-bedroom version (Units P, C, and S), which makes it a flexible option depending on group size.

Outside, the property has two pools, both with waterfalls and one that can be heated at an additional cost, plus a whirlpool hot tub, multiple terraces and shaded dining areas (the largest seating up to 26 guests), two BBQ areas, and manicured gardens. A footpath leads down to the rocky shoreline in a few minutes, though this isn't ideal for small children or guests with limited mobility, and the nearest sandy beach is also within easy reach.
