Overview

Villa Edera is a stylish four-bedroom villa in southeastern Sicily, set in the Val di Noto and just a short drive from the coast. The villa offers a peaceful base for exploring the region, with the beaches of Marina di Ragusa around 10 minutes away and the historic towns of Scicli, Ragusa, Noto and Modica within easy reach.

The interiors have a fresh, contemporary feel, with a spacious open-plan living, dining and sitting area filled with natural light through wide floor-to-ceiling sliding doors. These open directly onto the patio, pool and sundeck, while the open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home.

There are four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room. Two have queen beds, while the other two can be arranged as either twin or king beds, making the villa flexible for families or groups of friends. The villa is on one level making it ideal for those with limited mobility. 

Outside, the large swimming pool measures 12 metres by 4 metres and sits within a spacious sun deck overlooking the surrounding landscape. A shaded patio beside the kitchen provides a comfortable setting for alfresco dining, with a barbecue for relaxed meals outdoors. Private parking, Wi-Fi and a Smart TV are also provided.

Villa Edera is around five minutes from the nearest beach and seven minutes from the nearest serviced town. The UNESCO-listed towns of Noto, Ragusa and Modica are all within easy reach, while the Vendicari Nature Reserve and the coastal town of Marzamemi make worthwhile day trips.
