Masseria Salentina is a wonderful nine-bedroom estate set between Palermo and Cefalù on Sicily’s northern coast, offering a spacious and flexible retreat for larger groups and multi-generational stays. Set within 10,000 m² of lush grounds, the property combines traditional character with comfortable modern living and enjoys direct access to the rocky shoreline, just 50 metres from the villa.

The main villa features a formal dining room, a comfortable sitting room with an upright piano and a modern, fully equipped kitchen opening onto the garden for alfresco dining. The estate is arranged across the main villa and two separate annexes, with each of the four independent units also offering its own cooking, dining and sitting areas, providing plenty of space and privacy for larger groups.

The nine air-conditioned bedrooms include three queen bedrooms in the main villa, each with a private sea-view balcony, as well as a family suite comprising a queen and twin bedroom. The two annexes add a further four bedrooms, including queen and twin rooms, making the layout particularly well suited to families and groups travelling together.

Outside, the large gardens are filled with tropical plants and mature greenery, with three swimming pools connected by two waterfalls forming the centrepiece. There is a large 20-metre pool, a separate children’s pool and a 12-seater Jacuzzi pool, with the latter two pools available for heating on request.
