Overview

Villa Brezza is a contemporary five-bedroom villa set among the gentle hills on the outskirts of Marsala in western Sicily. Surrounded by landscaped gardens, the villa enjoys memorable views towards the Egadi Islands, with the famous salt flats of Marsala visible on the horizon. The beach is less than 4 miles away, while the centre of Marsala is around 5 miles from the property.

The spacious interiors have a clean, modern feel, with a minimalist design and a palette of white and warm grey. The main living area is open plan, combining a fully equipped kitchen, dining space and comfortable sitting area with generous sofas and a large Smart TV with Netflix. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open towards the pool and bring plenty of natural light into the room. A guest bathroom, pantry and laundry room are also on this level.

There are five air-conditioned bedrooms arranged across the upper levels. Four bedrooms are on the mid-level, including rooms with sea or garden views, with two featuring Jacuzzi baths. The fifth bedroom is on the upper level and has its own private panoramic terrace and en-suite shower room, making it particularly suitable for children or young adults.

Outside, the villa is surrounded by a manicured lawn and lush gardens planted with tropical plants, succulents and fragrant jasmine. The terrace overlooks the private salt-water infinity pool, which also features a hydromassage corner, while the surrounding sun deck has comfortable seating and shaded areas for relaxing. With its elevated position, the terrace is also an ideal spot for enjoying the sunsets over western Sicily.

Villa Brezza offers a peaceful setting close to Marsala while providing easy access to the region's beaches, archaeological sites, vineyards and wildlife reserves. The combination of sea views, generous outdoor space and proximity to the town makes it a good base for exploring western Sicily.
