Set within a protected natural reserve on the coast of eastern Sicily, Villa Oliveto is an elegant contemporary villa with beautiful views across the Mediterranean Sea. The interiors take inspiration from the surrounding sea and vegetation, with a fresh palette of blue and white, colourful artwork and relaxed nautical touches. Arranged over two floors, the property combines bright, spacious living areas with generous outdoor spaces, creating an inviting setting for a coastal escape. Syracuse is around a 15-minute drive away, while the nearby rocky coastline offers easy access to the sea.

Villa Oliveto accommodates up to eight guests across four air-conditioned bedrooms, all with sea views. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. Three have en-suite bathrooms, while the fourth has a separate bathroom with a large shower and double washbasin. The ground floor centres around a bright, open-plan living and dining area, with sliding doors opening onto a covered panoramic patio. A decorative fireplace divides the room into two distinct spaces: a comfortable lounge with sofas, armchairs and a large television, and a dining area with a whitewashed elliptical table seating up to 12 guests. The fully equipped kitchen sits alongside the dining area, while a guest bathroom adds convenience. Upstairs, a second lounge with sofas and a corner bar opens onto a sunny terrace, providing another place to relax and take in the views.

Outside, the spacious patio is furnished with a dining table, barbecue and comfortable seating, making it ideal for relaxed meals and drinks overlooking the sea. A swinging daybed adds a laid-back touch, while the private infinity-edge swimming pool features a shallow sunbathing area for cooling off and unwinding in the sunshine. The paved pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers and also has an outdoor shower with hot water. Additional amenities include air conditioning in the bedrooms and living areas, heating, Wi-Fi, satellite television with Sky, a stereo system, a dishwasher, a washing machine and private parking.

Villa Oliveto is well positioned for exploring the cultural highlights of eastern Sicily. Syracuse, around 15 minutes away by car, is renowned for its ancient Greek and Roman heritage, as well as the atmospheric streets and Baroque architecture of Ortigia, its historic island centre. The nearby coastline offers opportunities to enjoy the sea, while further excursions can take guests to Noto, celebrated for its striking Baroque buildings, or the historic towns of Modica and Ragusa. For a longer day trip, Mount Etna and the lively city of Catania offer a different perspective on the island.
