Set in the beautiful Val d’Orcia countryside in southern Tuscany, Villa Zola is a spacious country retreat surrounded by rolling hills and scenic landscapes. Accommodating up to 12 guests across six bedrooms and five bathrooms, the villa is well suited to families or groups of friends looking to enjoy a relaxing stay in one of Tuscany’s most picturesque regions. The interiors combine traditional Tuscan character with modern comforts, with welcoming sitting rooms, a fireplace and generous dining areas providing plenty of space to gather together.
The villa is arranged over two levels, with several living and dining spaces offering flexibility for larger groups. The main floor features a comfortable sitting room, a second lounge with a built-in bookshelf and Smart TV, a formal dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. On the lower level, a further dining room opens towards the garden and is ideal for larger gatherings, with a second kitchen nearby for added convenience. A billiard table provides entertainment indoors, while air conditioning in all the bedrooms ensures comfort during the warmer months.
Outside, the grounds offer plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surrounding countryside. A large private swimming pool overlooks the hills, with sun loungers and an expansive lawn providing room to unwind. A covered pergola creates a shaded setting for outdoor dining, while more active guests can make use of the badminton court and boules pitch. The private estate also features woodland walking trails and paths for cycling, offering opportunities to explore the grounds at a leisurely pace. A small chapel on the estate adds to the property’s distinctive character.
Villa Zola is well positioned for discovering the historic towns and wine-producing areas of southern Tuscany. Montepulciano, Montalcino and Cetona are all within reach, offering traditional restaurants, local wineries and attractive historic centres to explore. The nearby thermal village of San Casciano dei Bagni is another worthwhile destination, while the wider Val d’Orcia region is known for its cypress-lined roads, hilltop villages and beautiful countryside. Combining generous living spaces, extensive grounds and a range of leisure facilities, Villa Zola is the perfect base for a group Tuscan villa holiday.
