Overview

Located on a quiet residential street in the sunny town of Ponta do Sol, one of Madeiras oldest, Villa Oceanica is the perfect place for your next family holiday. The two bedroom villa is a short walk from several local cafes and shops and is only a 10-15 minute drive from several rocky beaches with bars, restaurants and larger shops.

Set over two floors, the villa boasts two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a lounge and dining area and a full kitchen. Entering on the ground floor, guests will find a large, open plan living and dining room that opens out onto a terrace overlooking the pool and with spectacular ocean views. A full kitchen is perfect for cooking delicious meals for the whole family using locally bought produce.

Both bedrooms are also located on the ground floor. The first bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite shower room while the second has twin beds and has access to the family bathroom.

The lower level is home to an additional lounge/leisure room with a sofa, TV, dining table, fridge freezer and access out to the pool area. The third shower room is also located on this level.

Spend your days at Villa Oceanica relaxing by the pool on the comfortable sun loungers or exploring the local area. An outdoor dining table that can seat up to 6 is perfect for enjoying al fresco meals cooked on the bbq.
