Villa Rosie is a stunning modern villa situated on the sunny hills above Calheta on the magnificent island of Madeira, with breathtaking sea views this former farmhouse cottage offers 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, open plan living area and private outdoor swimming pool, solarium and fitness centre.

Inside Villa Rosie you will find a full equipped contemporary kitchen with island on the ground floor, leading to stairs up to the first floor where you will find the modern spacious open plan living area with a flat screen TV with DVD, WIFI and a dining table suitable for 10 people.

There are 4 bedrooms, two have double beds and en-suite, and two provide single beds each with a shared family bathroom with rain shower. You will find the 5th bedroom and en-suite is located above the billiards room in the annexe. In the annexe you will find a games room with PlayStation 4 and flat screen, a billiards table and a selection of table games, perfect for the whole family.

Villa Rosie has a fitness centre situated on the rooftop terrace with fantastic sea views imagine a morning training session here. The outdoor area with it's private pool is perfect for relaxing at any time of the day, there are plenty of sun loungers and chairs and a table for alfresco dining. Enjoy the sea view in the day and breathtaking sunset in the evenings

Within a short walking distance you will find a local supermarket, restaurant & cafes or nearby visit the resort of Calheta with a man made beach and beautiful Marina where there is sailing, diving and fishing available, or within easy access is the Madeira mountains for walking, hiking and sightseeing.
