Overview

Villa Belini is a modern, contemporary villa in private gated grounds and features four bedrooms. The villa is also in a great location and only a short walk to the nearest beach where there are restaurants and bars.

Villa Belini can comfortably accommodate 8 guests.  Two bedrooms feature super king-size beds, one has king-size bed and one has twin beds. The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout with underfloor heating in the bathrooms. The property is secure and overlooked by CCTV with a monitored intruder alarm and safety deposit boxes.

An entrance hall and cloakroom leads to the impressive living area that includes cable TV and a modern fireplace. Steps lead down to a large dining area and open plan, fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine and American fridge. This area leads out to the patio area via large floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors.

The private swimming pool is located in the beautifully landscaped gardens and can be heated for a surcharge and features and automated electric covering system. Comfortable sun loungers surround the pool and you can enjoy dining alfreso at the outdoor seating area.  The shaded dining area also has a BBQ. An outdoor Sonos sound system is also available.
