Overview

Villa Marial is a lovely five bedroom villa located in Zone 7 in Dunas Douradas, within only a 5-minute walk to the lovely “Maria’s” beach. This lovely villa is tastefully furnished and can comfortably accommodate 10 guests.

Villa Marial is split over 3 floors. There are two master bedrooms on the upper level, one with double bed and one with 2 single beds. There are a further 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. One features double bed and the other has a double bed or can be configured as twin beds. The final bedroom is located on the lower ground floor and has a double bed. Each bedroom has ensuite bathroom. Please note climate control is only available in the ground and first floor. Portable AC units available upon request for the lower ground floor.

There is a well equipped kitchen and living room with comfortable sofas and chair. The living area leads out to a patio where there is alfresco dining and a swimming pool. The property has a small entertainment room, with a TV and pool table.

Dunas Douradas is a well known and highly regarded resort for families for many years. The lovely long and golden sandy beach is within a short walking distance and the restaurants at Julia’s beach and Vale do Lobo are within a 10-15 minutes walk along the beach.

Some of the world’s most distinguished golf courses are only a short driving distance away namely, Vale do Lobo Royal and Ocean, Quinta do Lago South and North, Laranjal, São Lourenço are just a few.
