Villa Anika is a spacious four bedroom villa located in Varandas do Lago - an area near Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. This villa is set in a tranquil residential area but close to beautiful sandy Algarve beaches and restaurants.

Villa Anika is well presented and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Each bedroom has ensuite shower / bathroom. Three bedrooms have king-size bed and one features twin beds.

In the basement is a great games room including home cinema, pool table and putting green. The kitchen on the main level is well equipped with ample size breakfast table and integrated appliances. There is a spacious open planned living/dining area with double glazed patio doors to covered terraces and a private pool area with a built-in BBQ.

This is also the perfect villa for winter and early spring , as it has underfloor heating and heaters in all the bedrooms and lounge area, a gas fire in the lounge and also outside heaters so that you can still enjoy a BBQ or alfresco dining.
