Villa da Figueira is a contemporary six-bedroom villa in one of the most exclusive and private areas of Quinta do Lago. Set across three floors, the property combines generous open-plan living spaces with floor-to-ceiling windows, modern interiors and a strong connection to the landscaped gardens and pool terrace.
The ground floor is centred around a bright open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, with large windows opening directly onto the outdoor terraces. A separate TV room provides a comfortable space for relaxing, while two en-suite bedrooms, one king-size and one twin, complete this level.
Upstairs, the impressive master suite offers a private retreat with a bath, walk-in shower and views across the pool and gardens. Two further twin bedrooms share a contemporary bathroom, making this floor particularly well suited to families or groups travelling together.
The lower ground floor provides an additional level of privacy, with a spacious king-size suite and shower. There is also a second TV room, making this a useful space for movie nights or a children's hangout, along with a utility room.
Outside, the villa has extensive terraces and a private swimming pool surrounded by several areas for lounging and relaxing. Shaded spaces provide welcome respite from the Algarve sunshine, while a dedicated barbecue and outdoor dining area create an inviting setting for meals in the open air.
Villa da Figueira is well positioned for enjoying the Quinta do Lago lifestyle, with the beach around three minutes away by car, golf courses just a few minutes' drive and restaurants within walking distance. The villa also features air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a lift, parking and pool heating available on request for an additional cost.
