Villa Serenita is a wonderful six bedroom Hamptons style home in Parque Atlântico, the heart of Quinta Do Lago. The villa is close to Golf Courses and hiking trails, as well as a two minute walk to the beach and local restaurants. 

Entering on the ground floor, guests are greeted by a spectacular double height entrance hall with a sweeping staircase leading through to a spacious living room with a cozy fireplace as the central feature. A separate TV area/snug is a great place to relax, while the full kitchen complete with central island and counter seating is ideal for casual breakfasts and your morning coffee while a formal dining room is also available for more upscale dining experiences. Two large ensuite bedroom suites are also located on the ground floor. 

The first floor is home to the master suite which boasts an ensuite bathroom, dressing room and north and south facing terraces. An office is also located on this floor, along with two additional ensuite bedrooms, one of which also has a large south facing terrace. 

The lower ground floor is a hub of entertainment and activity, with a cinema room, games room with table tennis, naturally lit gym, sauna & steam room as well as the final ensuite bedroom. A large garage, cloakroom and laundry are also available for guests convenience. 

The pool deck is accessible from the ground floor spaces and is a wonderful place to spend your days, with a large private pool, comfortable sun loungers and outdoor kitchen and BBQ area. At the end of the garden there is a private Padel court and alongside the villa is a small putting green.
